Welcome to the Pizza Diary, based in Liverpool, the home of pepperoni pizza! It’s quite difficult for me to explain what exactly the Pizza Diary is, because it’s really just about my love of pizza…pepperoni pizza, Hawaiian, Farmhouse…I just love pizza, and I wanted to share that love with other pizza fans from around the world. The Pizza Diary is my attempt to collate a type of online journal about the best pepperoni pizza recipes, the best pizza places and pizza stories that people would like to share. To me, that’s what pizza is, it’s something that you share with friends, it’s about a sense of community and fun – so that’s really what I want the Pizza Diary to be.
This is where I need your help, pizza lovers of the world. Do you have your own Pizza recipe that you’d like other to try, perhaps you have a favourite pizza restaurant that the world needs to know about, or maybe you want to write a review of a pizza – I ask you, please come and share with the Pizza Diary.
We all share a mutual love…the smell of the dough as it rises in the oven, the rich, heady aroma of the delicately spiced pizza sauce, the golden hew of the cheese as it melts around the fresh, delicious toppings that you have chosen….bliss. At The Pizza Diary, we love pizza to hear your pizza stories. That’s why we have created a dedicated section of our site as a blog where we will allow you to share your favourite stories about Pizza. Maybe you once were saved by a pizza, or you thought of another use for pizza that has escaped other – well, we want you to tell us about that.

Our Pepperoni Pizza Page
At The Pizza Diary, pepperoni pizza is very special to us. I mean, apart from the good vegetarians of our world, who doesn’t like it? It’s spicy, it’s aromatic and it just works so well with the other ingredients on the pizza, that we simply have to dedicate whole sections of our website to it.
We have our dedicated pepperoni pizza page, where we detail the history of the dish, where it comes from and who were the first people to use it as an ingredient. It’s a great read, and well worth it for all you spicy sausage lovers out there.
But perhaps we are most proud of our special recipe. We specifically developed the recipe so it would be super easy to make, but even more delicious to eat.
